MINING SOLUTIONS

From mine face to process plant. From laboratory to critical spares.

BUDUSH sources, compares, inspects and coordinates mining equipment, process systems, consumables and critical spares against the actual duty, mine conditions and support requirement.

OPERATING SUPPORT

The requirement changes by ore, process and mine method.

Copper, gold, diamond and tanzanite do not use the same plant. BUDUSH starts with the mine method, material, process route and critical duty before selecting equipment or consumables.

Specify first.Mine method, capacity, ore characteristics, process duty, site conditions and support requirement.
Source second.Compare technically suitable manufacturers rather than forcing the requirement into one supplier catalogue.
Move with the project.Inspection, shipping, customs, warehousing and site delivery follow the real installation or replenishment sequence.
SIX SUPPLY DESKS

Support around the operating mine, not one product category.

Each desk is linked to the same sourcing, inspection, import and delivery system, so a mine can buy one critical item or coordinate a larger technical package.

COMMODITY-SPECIFIC SUPPORT

Four minerals. Four very different operating requirements.

The lists below are practical sourcing categories, not a claim that every mine needs every item. Final selection follows the deposit, flowsheet, scale and site conditions.

COPPER

From crushing and flotation to cathode or concentrate.

Copper support differs sharply between sulphide concentrators and oxide / hydrometallurgical routes, so the flowsheet determines the equipment and chemistry.

Mine→Crush→Grind→Flotation / Leach→Thicken & filter→Concentrate / Cathode

Mine & plant equipment

  • Blasthole and underground production drilling
  • Excavators, loaders, haul trucks and LHDs
  • Apron feeders, crushers and screens
  • SAG / ball mills, hydrocyclones and slurry pumps
  • Flotation cells, blowers and reagent dosing
  • Thickeners, filters and tailings systems
  • Leach, solvent-extraction and electrowinning equipment where applicable

Consumables & wear

  • Collectors, frothers and depressants
  • Lime / pH modifiers and flocculants
  • Hydrometallurgical process chemicals where specified
  • Grinding balls and mill liners
  • Crusher liners, screen media and cyclone liners
  • Pump liners, impellers and filter cloths

Laboratory & control

MINE LABORATORY & GRADE CONTROL

The laboratory is part of production, not an afterthought.

Fast, representative analysis supports grade control, process optimisation, recovery monitoring and commercial settlement. BUDUSH can coordinate laboratory equipment, sample preparation, analytical instruments and recurring laboratory consumables against the commodity and throughput requirement.

HOW BUDUSH SOURCES

Technical fit first. Supplier comparison second. Logistics built around the decision.

For a mine, the cheapest quotation is expensive if the duty is wrong, the wear life is poor or the part is difficult to support. We compare the complete operating requirement.

Best-fit sourcing, not blind buying.
01

Define the duty

Commodity, mine method, process, capacity, material characteristics, environment and required support.

02

Compare sources

Specification, proven application, quality, price, lead time, spares and after-sales support.

03

Inspect before shipping

Technical verification, factory inspection and documentation where the package requires it.

04

Deliver into operation

Import, customs, warehousing, mine-site delivery, installation and commissioning coordinated to the job.

URGENT SPARES

Start with the machine and the failed part.

A clear equipment identity usually shortens the sourcing cycle more than a long description.
