Warehousing & Consolidation

Specialist storage is the control point between haulage, customs and shipment — for outbound exports and inbound imports.

The middle of both flows

Warehousing gives the shipment a controlled buffer between one leg and the next.

Outbound cargo is received, checked and prepared before export. Inbound cargo is held after clearance until the site or customer is ready. Both need the same discipline: controlled receipt, clear records and release only when the next leg is ready.

Outbound staging

  • Receive cargo from origin
  • Record lots / parcels and condition
  • Hold before consolidation
  • Prepare for shipment
  • Release to customs / loading when ready

Inbound buffer storage

  • Move cargo out of port after clearance
  • Hold while site readiness catches up
  • Sequence machinery or project deliveries
  • Release to final location on call-off
  • Reduce unnecessary port dwell exposure

Receipt & storage

Controlled intake, identification and storage position by parcel or lot.

Consolidation

Combine or stage multiple parcels for a single shipment or delivery plan.

Inventory record

Know what is in store, what belongs to which parcel and what has been released.

Controlled release

Release only when vessel, buyer, project site or receiving team is ready.

Storage needs clear records and controlled release.

Cargo is recorded on receipt, remains visible while in storage and is released only against an authorised next movement.
