Factory Design & Automation

A customised technical delivery service covering process design, automation, sourcing, assembly quality control, inspection, import coordination, site installation, commissioning and support until stable operation.

Technical delivery chain

Start with what the factory must produce — not with a machine catalogue.

We define the product, target output and process first. That creates the flowsheet, equipment duties, interfaces and automation logic before procurement begins.

1. DesignProduct, process, mass balance, layout and automation concept.
2. SourceCompare specialist manufacturers against each required duty.
3. Assembly QCFollow key equipment quality while machines are being assembled.
4. InspectCheck equipment against the order before shipment.
5. ImportCoordinate shipping, customs, storage and delivery to site.
6. Install & commissionErection, electrical, start-up, testing and operator handover.
7. Stabilise & supportStay involved until operation is consistent and support continues.

Customised engineering

The machines must work together as one line.

One supplier can build a good machine without understanding what happens immediately before and after it. The design job is to own those interfaces: transfer rates, buffer capacity, elevations, controls, aspiration, power and product flow.

  • Process flowsheet and equipment duty specification
  • Layout and material-flow coordination
  • Automation and interlock philosophy
  • Utility and site-interface requirements
  • Installation and commissioning sequence

Quality control before shipment

  • Nameplates and equipment identity
  • Motor, bearing and component checks where specified
  • Fabrication / assembly quality against order
  • Panel and control-system review where applicable
  • Run checks on equipment suitable for independent testing
  • Spare-parts count and packing verification

After the cargo lands

Import coordination is part of the technical job: clearing, storage if the site is not ready, delivery in installation sequence, mechanical/electrical installation, start-up and stabilisation support.

Typical project areas

Practical industrial lines, not one-sector dependence.

The same engineering and integration method applies across several production lines, subject to the process and supplier base.

Grain & food processing

Cleaning, milling, process handling, packing and controls.

Construction materials

Concrete products, roofing and selected materials-processing lines.

Packaging & plastics

Extrusion, woven sacks, converting and related production systems.

Water & beverage

Treatment, filling, packing and process support around the production line.
